Project Manager - Public Health - NGO

Looking out for the role of Program Manager for one of the leading Non Profit Sector Organization in Mumbai.

Job Background - It is a public-private partnership consisting donor and government agencies, who have build this consortium to implement a large scale RMNCHA project in select states in India. Project will support the implementation of high impact

Candidate Profile :

- Post graduate qualifications in Public Health/Health Management/Health Systems Administration.

- At least 10 - 12 years of Senior management experience in managing large health projects in a multi-donor environment.

- Strong experience of working on issues at the state level, maintaining close relationship with the Govt. of India and state governments.

- Proven success in high-level technical capacity, policy formulation, strategy development, and data based designs related to reproductive, maternal and other public health issues.

- Demonstrated capacity to manage and build a diverse team of health professionals.

- Excellent high level relationships with Government, Donors and other stakeholders

Key responsibilities :

- Manage key work streams of the project

- Provide updates and insights to the Leadership Council

- Actively work with State-level stakeholders on a daily basis

- Manage and ensure retention of reporting team members.

- Stakeholder Management - Government, Donor Agencies, implementing Agency.
