Project Manager - Public Financial Management

We are hiring Project Manager for Public Financial Management for our upcoming projects. Below is the qualifying criteria.

- PFM Specialist: Minimum twelve (12) years experience delivering complex multi-site distributed FMIS implementations within the Public Sector.

- higher degree (Masters) in economics, finance or business administration or in lieu of higher degree 20+ years in implementing FMIS / ERP systems in a government context;

- Formal Project Management qualification and current certification; Minimum ten years- experience as a Project Manager delivering FMIS / ERP Projects to government;

- Proven ability to deliver project outcomes within time and budget;

- Strong team leadership skills;

- Excellent stakeholder management skills,

- Proven experience in delivery of development partner funded Projects and their reporting requirements; Excellent communication skills; Strong negotiating skills;

- Excellent knowledge of government financial management principles and reporting requirements;

- Experience in management of projects across multiple geographic locations.
