Designation: Project Manager /Project Engineer - Construction (Planning, Scheduling & Billing)  Location / Based at Mumbai @ Project Site  Responsibilities:	  - To be responsible for providing construction schedule for execution of multiple work fronts at site.  - To work closely with Planning & Monitoring team, to understand work packages (MSP & SAP), detail out construction schedule, make the Site Team aware about time line.  - To update construction schedule and present schedule overview to Construction Head & Project Head and incorporate changes to keep project on track.  - To coordinate with Planning Department and Project Head to provide various reports for monitoring the projects.   - To study the details of the projects with respect to Detailed Project Report and track the scope variations happening from time to time and prepare the reports for Cost & Time implications.  - To Manage Material Management from site angle.  - To Work out options to keep project within agreed plan.  - To generate PRs / Sales trigger in SAP  - To carry out other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.  - To prepare MIS on monthly basis Budget vs Actual, ensuring timely data integration in accordance with Company’s policy and requirement.  Reporting To: Construction Head / Project Head  Coordination with : All respective HODs / Site Personnel and relevant departments.  Qualification & Experience: 	 - BE / Diploma in Civil, NICMAR  - With 10 – 15 yrs of relevant experience in High rise Real Estate Projects.  - Must have on-site Knowledge of execution, billing, planning & scheduling for multiple projects.  Knowledge & Skills:	  - Knowledge of IS standards  - Conversant with architectural designs  - Ability to work under pressure independently and meet timelines.  - Should be well versed with MS Office / SAP / ERP  - Should be preferably located in western suburbs  If interested in the opportunity, then please share your updated CV along with your current and expected CTC and notice period   Shweta Sr. Manager - Client Relations and Recruitments, Right Resource Executive Search Consultants
