This role has ultimate responsibility for assigned projects and manages customer satisfaction, planning, monitoring, and others aspects of a project. Responsibilities extend to working with the broader delivery teams to design relevant Statements of Work (SoW), and represent those to customers as needed. This includes describing the approach and principles to be undertaken for the delivery of a successful project.  DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Work with the delivery teams to create relevant Statements of Work (SoW).  - Represent SoW’s to customers when assisting the Account Management teams.  - Responsible to thoroughly understand and communicate stakeholder requirements to appropriate team members, and manage all requirements accordingly to realise each for the stakeholder.   - Develop resource plans and coordinate all internal and external resources assigned to the project delivery effort for assigned projects.  - Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed, and provide timely feedback.   - Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives.   - Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.   - Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.   - Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to management.   - Follow company policies, procedures and methodologies.   - Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder’s needs and requirements continuously in view.   - Define and maintain all implementation processes, manage implementation lifecycle;
