Project Manager- PPI & Forex Cards

Job Summary :

- Individual contributor.

- Project management and Business Analysis for Prepaid, closed loop and multi-currency forrex card projects and related payments projects

- Will be managing all new product initiatives and support business requirements on enhancing the existing products listed.

- End to End project management from analysis of business requirement, documentation of requirement, solution evaluation keeping in view effort estimation versus business justification, quality analysis of the solution through testing, process documentation and risk analysis and implementation / rollout planning and execution including end user training / communication

- Writing Business Requirement Documents, Standard Operating Procedures.

- Coordination with Regulatory Agencies & Card network provider viz., NPCI, VISA and MasterCard towards specification documents, compliance requirement, audit certifications and related procedural affairs.

Specific skill sets:

- Banking / NBFC exposure or Payment services exposure.

- Process and process knowledge on Prepaid card issuance.

- Debit card issuance knowledge will add value.

- Understanding of Escrow and NODAL account management for Card issuance sponsorship model is required.

- Well Versed with VISA, MasterCard or Rupay regulations and working - must to have

- Knowledge of ISO8583 messages, their data elements and tags - must to have

- Complete understanding of GPR prepaid cards, closed loop cards/wallets and multicurrency forex cards from issuance sides is required.

- Awareness of Card present, card not present and contactless card transactions including latest digital technology and understanding of working of web services or API based messages - preferred.

- Knowhow on transit NCMC, NFC, Virtual card issuance.

- Expertise on clearing and settlement for INR and Cross Currency settlement will be highly appreciated and Interchange and Dispute Management functions - preferred to have

- Should have hands on experience of User Acceptance Testing and ability of leading testing teams on scripting and review of logs etc - must have

- Issuance of debit cards, prepaid cards and life cycle management should be understood well - Must to have
