Project Manager
Key Accountabilities/Activities
- Experience in Service Delivering, Project Management, Business Analysis, Process Management, CRM and Key Client Management.
- Skilled in conceptualizing and effective process initiatives to enhance process efficiency; introduced various ideas for the growth of the process and the team/ centres.
- Managing teams to work in sync with the corporate set parameters & motivating them for achieving business and individual goals.
- Proficient to orchestrate, manage and schedule sync-up calls
- A project planner with expertise in planning, transitioning, executing, resource alignment, and spearheading various projects and ensuring the execution across the Operation Centres.
- Ability and experience to work in cross cultural virtual teams
- Proficient in MS Office and SQL
- Managing Business Reviews/ Stakeholder Management /Partnership/ Relationship
Knowledge
1. Administration and Management — Awareness of business and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation, leadership technique and coordination of people and resources
2. Client Service —Customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation
Skills
1. Communication Skills – High level of proficiency (read and write)
2. Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions
3. Monitoring — Monitoring/Assessing performance of self, team members to make improvements or take corrective action
Work Relations and activities
1. Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, and Subordinates
2. Reporting to the Sr. Management
3. Liaising with various departments including the HR team for hiring & employee benefits

Qualification:
Graduate – Proficiency in English
MBA/PMP is a must
Experience: 6 to 10 Years+ of experience (At least 3years in Project Management)

Work Environment
A.Working Hours: 9 Hours per day with 5 days a week (should be flexible to work in 24*7 work environment)
B. Base Location: The position is based out at Annik Technology services Private limited -Gurgaon
Expected on board time: 1 Month
Salary: 10LPA-12LPA
