Role: 

Reporting to the CIO, you will lead efforts to both set the direction and standards for DPEx projects. You will also play a significant role in developing the long-term Digital Strategy and Roadmaps.

Measures of Success:

- Enhanced value delivery, driven by improved project prioritization, leading to optimization of IT budget

- Improved performance and resource management

- Better quality of project outcomes, in terms of timeliness of delivery, meeting success criteria and adoption and benefit realization

What you'll be doing:

Project Management Office : 

- Setup and run the project and program management office to ensure effective governance of 100+ projects that run across business units

- Define metrics for tracking and creating early warning indicators for proactive action

- Elevate overall Project Management capability including risk management

- Define and create Agile practice for the DPEx organization

- Define and run the project prioritization funnel

Strategy and Operating Model: 

- Co-creation, Implementation and governance of the DPEx operating model, to enhance the Business Satisfaction whilst optimizing the IT costs and driving transformation

- Participate actively in the activities of all IT Governance and IT strategy focus areas: Value Delivery, Performance Management, Risk Management, IT Planning, Project Management, Enterprise Architecture and Business Continuity

- Define and maintain the Performance Management Framework for IT processes, roles and functions - Ensure KPIs drive continuous improvement and a learning mindset

- Project manage all initiatives fromm CIO office including the Innovation governance

Communication : 

- Create the communication framework of DPEx initiatives across the organization

- Lead and deliver communication deliverables like newsletters

What you'll need to succeed:

Education:

- MBA/Engineer from a premier institute

- PMP Certified

Experience: 

- 15+ years of project and program management experience

- Proven leadership and management skills

- Experience in the identification, evaluation and documentation of process flows, risks and controls

- Experience in delivering transformational change in Technology organizations

Skills: 

- Strategic thinking, innovation, strategy development and execution, planning and decision-making in a in a complex organization.

- Transformational mindset ant high level of customer Centricity

- Strong knowledge of IT industry standards and best practices to develop organizational capability assessment (people, processes, technology, knowledge) and process improvement models

- Strong knowledge of formulating IT Governance objectives and goals

- Ability to Communicate and inspire confidence at a senior level with technical and non-technical audiences
