Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project scopes and collaborate with internal and external resources to identify the most effective path for project completion.
- Create detailed budgets for transition projects.
- Establish and manage precise project schedules in collaboration with team members, ensuring alignment with company objectives, project scope, and milestones to meet requirements.
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of all necessary items for projects.
- Lead, coordinate, and motivate project resources to ensure alignment with project goals and timely delivery of deliverables.
- Monitor and report on project performance, specifically analyzing successful completion of project milestones.
- Supervise all on-site activities related to the project.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for IOD, PMP, PLP, and manage internal stakeholders.
What you bring
- Bachelor's & Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-8 years of project management experience with PMP certification.
- Proficiency in using MS Project to ensure project adherence to schedules.
- Strong contract management and change order skills.
- Solid technical aptitude with the ability to understand various disciplines and technologies, complemented by excellent computer skills.
- Capability to interpret contracts, specifications, and drawings.
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with technical proficiency and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Sound knowledge of project accounting concepts, including percentage of completion, earned value, and accounting techniques.
