Project Manager - PMP

A leading Telecom product development client of Olive Global HR Services is looking for a Project Manager with the below details:

Roles & Responsibilities as a Project Manager:

- Minimum 10-15 years- experience in Project Management

- Experience in Web and Mobile App Project domains

- Worked on an onsite offshore business model.

- Technological exposure to . NET- vb.net, asp. Net, ado.net, C# experience, commensurate with team requirements to support entire application including issues, tools upgrade, version upgrades.

- Strong on mobile platform domain will be a big plus

- Exposure to Project Estimation and Planning (SDLC).

- Responsible for Target Setting and achievement, Value chain growth.

- PMP certified professional

Database knowledge (sql) is mandatory

Job Description:

- Should have handled a team of 10 resources and look into the Job Assignment, Training, career development, performance management, Communication & bonding of team members.

- Should have strong relationship Building skills with customers, colleagues and teams and customer service orientation.

- Should be commercially savvy especially in customer interaction situations.

- Should demonstrate an Innovative approach in technical and managerial problem solving situations, self-confidence and teamwork and leadership skills.

- Experience with creation of Project plans using typical PM software tools.

- Communicated and liaised with all levels and functions in a company.

- Able to recognize implications on Project profitability of business and technical decisions.

- Team worker; able to lead and influence others to achieve Project objectives

- Able to motivate and lead Project team in difficult situations

Should have:

- Should have implemented Agile Software development model, in at least one of the earlier projects.

- Should be good at performance management.

- Technical Architecture Experience

- Mobile/VOIP background Experience

- PMP Certified

- Ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organization

- Ability to communicate technical ideas and concepts clearly, verbally and written, to technical and non-technical audiences

- Ability to create PowerPoint presentations to communicate status or solicit decisions from executives.
