Project Manager - PMO - BFSI - IIM/XLRI/MDI/FMS

Position: Project Manager (PMO)

Location: Gurgaon

Experience : 3 - 8 yrs

Qualification: MBA from Tier1 institutes only

Essential: Minimum 3-4 years of experience is a Project / Business management role. Strong proficiency in number crunching (MS Excel, BI tools.) and presentations.

Job description: The candidate will assist with data crunching & analytics for decision support for the Sr. Mgmt assist with preparing presentations for the various Sr. Management reviews. Provide support on project management activities; including project plan updates, project status material preparation and follow-up on issues, risks, and action items.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Provide reporting and analytics support on key projects & programs

- Assist on all BAU reporting and GSC level scorecards.

- Work closely with different teams to fulfill the company goals and agenda

- Deliver on monthly Sr. Management Review document & senior management flash report

- Assist with key project reports, Sr. Exec packs, Strategy documents etc.

Strategy Support

- Assist the Business Management team on strategy formulation by running decision analytics.

- Review the Competitors and work on Competitor analysis with comparison to existing product offerings on App, Website, Contact Center, Products etc. and work with various teams across products to implement the enhancements.
