Summary

1. Should be BE or BTech (Mechanical) only….

2. Should have a minimum 4 years of experience in Projects.

3. Should have at least one Process Plant Installation experience.

Educational Qualification - BE/B-Tech – Mechanical.

Experience - 7-13 years.

Location - Samanabahu, Karnal, Haryana

Job Description

1. Providing technical inputs to consultants, architects, contractors, vendors regarding process, utility and equipment requirement

2. Understanding Drawings / Details to prepare Bill of Quantity and raise indents to procure the material.

3. Site Instructions: Understand drawings and issue instructions to contractors / verify work done by the contractors for its correctness. Also take on the spot decisions for items / parameters that are not available in the drawings

4. Site Supervision for installation of Plant and Machinery and sorting out day to day issues of the contractors.

5. Project Scheduling - Liaisoning with Contractors on daily basis for progress of work

6. Safety Inspecting site and issuing work permits to contractors to ensure safety at site.

7. Tools and Tackles Inspection Inspection of tools and tackles like Chain Pulley Blocks, Hoisting ropes, cranes, welding sets, etc to ensure that they have valid test certificates and safe for use.

8. Resource Organisation Organising water, power, and air for the contractors to work.

9. Work Measurement and Certification: Measuring work carried out by the contractor and certifying the same for billing purpose.

10. Quality: Maintaining proper alignments, welding qualities, and marking & checking layouts to ensure proper workmanship of the work.
