Role: Project Manager

Job Description

Experience - 7 to 8 yrs

- PMP certified or equivalent 

- Having experience on Agile/Scrum

- Having Experience on JIRA

- Experience in Payment domain,Payment Gateway,Mobile payments,Digital system,BFSI Domain.

- Experience in an organization in Cards / Digital Payments space

- Received formal Project management education

Managed Regional Projects in a multi-geographic context (Multi-location / multi-customer / languages - plus)

- Program/delivery management experience, with a strong background in Project Management

- The ability to manage, mentor and guide a set of Project Managers.

- Process-orientated with the ability to manage the full cycle of multiple projects concurrently

- The ability to manage the client across both business and technical organizations

- Strong written and oral English communication skills

- Managed End to End Program and Project delivery including:

- Scoping management

- Scheduling management

- Resources management with at least 5 /6 direct reports

- Cost management

- Communication management

- Risk management

- Procurement management

- Stakeholders Management

- Project governance management

- Integration management

- With specific experience within the following areas
