Project Manager - Parks & Lakes - Civil/Construction/Real Estate

Job Profile:

- The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and developing real estate projects, in conjunction with stakeholder requirements, a definition of the project activities.

- The project manager will ensure activities are effectively resourced and manages relationships with a wide range of groups (including all project contributors).

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading of projects involving civil and associated works for infrastructure development

- Ensure that project meets specifications, quality standards, budget and schedule requirements

- Enabling the implementation of infrastructure development from conceptual design through to completion and handover

- Management and execution of contracts liaising with local authorities for building permits and services provision

- Ensure that companies safety, quality and environmental policies are implemented and applied at all stages of project especially during design stage and targets are achieved while executing projects

- Responsible for all civil engineering works, appointment of external consultants and contractors; approval of design, details drawings, specifications and bill of quantities

- Issue tenders reports, provide clarifications, review tenders, appoint contractors as per procedures, issue payment certificates, follow up on Warranty issues if any

- Responsible for determining priorities after discussion with end users and management and manage different projects accordingly keeping bigger picture in mind

- Perform other job related duties as assigned

Candidate Profile:

- Age bracket between 35 to 42 years

- Must have Civil Engineering Qualification.

- Should have Good personality and Communication skills.

- Understands the Govt. approval process for the construction of Parks and Lakes

- Would have worked on a Master Development projects in UAE

- Incumbent currently working in Dubai will be highly preferred
