Project Manager for Operations team (Only finance industry related)
Project Planning and Execution :
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining key milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and client expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Stakeholder Management :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory authorities, and partner organizations.
- Communicate project updates, status reports, and critical issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and drive project success.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by promoting open communication, resolving conflicts, and driving consensus on project priorities and strategies.
Continuous Improvement :
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize resource utilization.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance against objectives, identify lessons learned, and implement corrective actions for future projects.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management to inform process improvements and innovation initiatives.
