Project Manager - Online Payments

Experience - 7 to 8 yrs

- PMP certified or equivalent -

- Received formal Project management education

- 4 years equivalent of full time as project manager position

- Managed Regional Projects in a multi-geographic context (Multi-location / multi-customer / languages - plus)

- Program/delivery management experience, with a strong background in Project Management

- The ability to manage, mentor and guide a set of Project Managers.

- Process-orientated with the ability to manage the full cycle of multiple projects concurrently

- The ability to manage the client across both business and technical organizations

- Strong written and oral English communication skills

- Managed End to End Program and Project delivery including:

- Scoping management

- Scheduling management

- Resources management with at least 5 /6 direct reports

- Cost management

- Communication management

- Risk management

- Procurement management

- Stakeholders Management

- Project governance management

- Integration management

- With specific experience within the following areas

- Experience in an organization in Cards / Digital Payments space

Qualifications

- 4-year years working experience leading payment related projects,

- Experience with the different components of acquiring and issuing components in the payments Industry

- Experience with the different components of a Payment systems in General

- Experience in term of Card / Digital Payments issuing cycles (Plastic Cards, Ewallet, virtual

- Experience in term of Card / digital Payment Acquiring cycle (Payment terminal, Mobile.. )

- Managed Migration projects from one Payment system to another

- Managed specific projects requiring payment integrations with Host systems / ERPs, etc
