releaseMyAd is expanding its reach from newspaper advertising, to internet & mobile classifieds via www.findMyMatch.in . findMyMatch is a targeted matching service playing the role of a head-hunter/ matchmaker on the internet.

As a headhunter, the service enables companies to place their recruitment requirements on leading newspapers, job portals and on SMS. It further aggregates all candidate responses, filters & "matches" them based on the job profile & forwards only the "Matching" resumes back to the employer. This ensures only clean , relevant responses back for direct interview contact. findMyMatch thus serves as an "Online-head hunter" for every SMB !

- We are looking for a lead project manager to head our findMyMatch product development and launch strategy.

- Position will require conceptualizing and giving shape to findMyMatch's extensions & processes. Skills involved would be implementation of systems, strategy and internet marketing.

- As a Project Manager, you will work with a core team to build products for our users.

- Your responsibilities will include talking to users and customers, formulating a product strategy and working with a team of designers, analysts and developers to execute the strategy.

- You must be a sharp, creative and an involved manager who is committed to create a great product with state-of-the-art features, which is comprehensive yet simple to use & creates user delight.

- Does not require coding, but understanding Internet & User Behaviour is critical. Prior work experience in Internet Companies is a positive.

- Compensation will be based as per your experience and will be as per industry norms.
