This role has 2 broad expectations
a. Single point accountability for putting in, maintaining, tracking and reviewing project plan(schedule).
b. Be responsible for coordination between various project teams like design, procurement,construction and business development to ensure information "ow occurs, tasks are allocated, progress reported and crucial project information gets disbursed to right people
c. Responsible for collection of payments from customers and assessing and certifying payments to vendors d. Responsible for all customer interactions and communications
