Project Manager- FEED (Oil & Gas Industry) (Female Candidates Preferred)

FEED Project manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of FEED projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

Key accountabilities of the role:

- Manage the project from proposal stage thru Basic Engineering till FEED as the first point that would be good.

- Review invitation to bids/tender documents and work with multi-disciplinary stakeholders to prepare the FEED project proposal.

- Review contract to fully understand scope of work, deliverables, schedule, contractual liabilities, risks.

- Prepare and maintain risk register with the mitigation plan during Proposal.

- Work with procurement/sales department to finalize the subcontract with the selected FEED contractor.

- Managing FEED Project by coordinating with customer, subcontractors and other Internal/External stakeholders in the project.

- Reviewing Planning and manage project resources to meet the project schedules deadlines, and deliverables,

- Good understanding on FEED deliverables from various engineering disciplines to ascertain the completeness and accuracy

- Attend Weekly/Monthly Project Review Meeting/Design Stage Gate Meeting with customer/sub-contractor

- Prepare and maintain risk register with the mitigation plan during Execution Phase of the Project

- Responsible for on time, within allocated budget delivery of projects, in accordance with established Quality (ISO) and HS&E regulations.

- Negotiates, sets/control and achieves schedule milestones and profitability targets

- Primary commercial and technical contact with customer for execution of the project.

Qualification : 

- BE Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering

- Certification in project management from reputed institute or international body.

- Finance acumen required for managing Capital projects.

- Well versed with International standards, practices related to the FEED/ capital projects

- Experience Required- About 15+ years of relevant work experience in the area of project management of FEED projects preferaably from the owner side in the area of Refinery and Petrochemical projects and/or reputed FEED Contractor, EPC companies

- Extensive experience outsourcing work.
