Project Manager  About the Organization :  Our client is an award winning non-profit organization that has pioneered the youth mentoring movement in India. They provide children and youth facing adversity, empowering one-on-one relationships with mentors that help them achieve their goals and dreams. For the past five years, it has developed various projects facilitating in-person mentoring relationships between mentors and mentees.  In the coming years, organization will explore the usage of mobile devices to reach a wider audience of girls and mentors across India. Aiming to increase scale and impact, client is starting a new project to build a mobile technology supported mentorship service that can provide thousands of girls essential information, support and guidance, through a network of accomplished female mentors around India.   Key Responsibilities :   Project Management & Reporting : Overall responsibility for the planning, scheduling, and execution of the pilot phase and subsequent iterations of the mobile mentorship project.  Project Operational Execution : Primary responsibility for managing the mentor recruitment and selection process; oversight of mentee selection and interaction with community managers to ensure adequate communication with mentee's families and project schools.  Stakeholder Collaboration : Coordination with multiple implementing partners on the technology and design side to ensure successful execution of the project.  - Work with the team to understand and adapt program processes from the in-person mentor-ship for mobile mentorship.  - Design the strategy and processes for mentor outreach & selection; execute this strategy with the support of the program team.  - Design the strategy and processes for mentee outreach & selection; provide oversight to the field team.  - Design the strategy and processes for post-match mentor & mentee support. Provide oversight to the community management team for post match support.  - Provide oversight to the content design team.  - Manage and monitor technical partners and platforms, ensuring that all technologies deployed are operating as expected.  - Act as the main point of contact for all partners, contractors and suppliers, ensuring clear lines of communication across partners.  - Manage weekly status calls with stakeholders.  - Communicate with, and provide assistance to, the Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation agency.  - Track and report on expenses, ensuring that agreed-upon budgets are adhered to.  - Prepare quarterly program reports for internal and external teams.  Qualifications, Skills & Experiences :  - A minimum of an undergraduate degree in social sciences, design, technology or relevant subject. Postgraduate degree holders will receive higher preference.  - At least 4-6 years of demonstrable project management experience.  - Demonstrable skills in program development and execution.  - Demonstrable ability to work to deadlines and manage a varied workload  - Fully proficient in English.  - Proficiency in the Kannada will be an added advantage.  - Fully proficient in MS Office  - Experience working on digital platforms and projects. Mobile experience is as advantage  - Experience managing highly dynamic teams.  - Preferred strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital platforms.  Working :  Our work ethic values hard work, details-oriented execution and fun.
