Project Manager - .Net - BFS

Project manager (.Net):

1. Good experience on Project Scoping, Change Management process

2. Excellent at risk and defect management

3. Good experience on Effort Estimation Techniques

4. Excellent in Estimation preparation

5. Excellent in Customer Interaction and Negotiation

6. Should have experience in Project Quality Assurance

7. Should have experience in Project Planning and Tracking

8. Excellent at resource management and task allocation.

- Strong knowledge of ASP.NET and design practices.

- Strong knowledge of.NET framework 4.0/4.5, SQL Server2008/2012.

- Good understanding of MVC 3.0/4.0.

- Good in Database concepts and DB's like DB2, Oracle and SQL Server

- Ability to understand requirement and provide technical design

- Understands to troubleshoot issues and support any production issues as required

- Good in communication and ability to articulate

- Understands the design concepts and has used design patterns while designing solutions

- Has worked in onshore/offshore model and ability to lead/guide the offshore team as required

- Has previously worked in Agile setup and understands all the activities well

- Has good exposure to the finance domain and exposure to payments would be an advantage

Qualifications

Educational qualifications and Experience

BE or MCA, with minimum total 10 years- experience, of which 4 years of domain experience and 4 years of project management

Minimum 2 years- experience in managing large teams of 20-40 resources.

Exposure to multiple technologies
