Designation - Project Manager (Thane -Mumbai)

Work From Office - 5 days Working

Skills required - Expertise in Microsoft Management Tool, JIRA, Software Development Life cycle

JD :

- Provide guidance on portfolio and project management processes, procedures, governance, tools and techniques

- Define and track appropriate metrics to ensure that the goals of a project / portfolio are being met as defined in the business case and ensure that financial, people and other resources are being managed in the optimal manner

- Plan (estimating, scope definition, work plan development) all tasks within Agile methodology to ensure overall quality

- Coordinates efforts to integrate lifecycle phases with others and coordinates the planning, design and production of deliverables across all phases and coordinates activities

- Determine which deliverables / tasks are appropriate for each Agile phase, identifying the needed skill sets and reviewing completed deliverables in consideration of Agile principles

- Develop process and governance around demand evaluation, prioritization and escalation

- Follows up with users to ensure that functionality needs are being met and that enhancements are operating properly

- Effectively uses demand / portfolio management tools

- Participates in release efforts

- Identifies and corrects weaknesses within release documentation

- Assists in the implementation and testing of the release

- Understands the goals of the team or other co-workers and balances personal goals with those of the team

- Contributes to ensure that the teams's goals are achieved

- Supports others, facilitates their work and defends them when appropriate

- Responds positively to requests for assistance from internal / external partners (Business & Vendors)

- Demonstrates appropriate and professional behavior at all times

- Support in handling audits and close observations shared by coordinating with stakeholders

- Ensure DR, health checks and Business continuity Plan is performed as per process
