JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position title: Project Manager

Location: Bawal, HR

Work Schedule: 5 days, General Shift

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed project scopes and coordinate with internal and external resources to determine best path for completion.

- Develop detailed budgets for completion of transition projects.

- Develop detailed project schedules in cooperation with other team members to control project activities in accordance with company objectives, project scope, and milestones to satisfy requirements.

- Coordinate purchases and deliveries for all items required for projects.

- Lead, coordinate, facilitate, and motivate all associated project resources to ensure compliance on project goals and deliverables.

- Track and report on project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of project milestones.

- Oversee all site activity associated with project.

- SPOC for IOD, PMP, PLP and manage all internal stakeholders.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master degree in engineering or equivalent

Work Experience:

- Minimum 5-8 years' experience in Project management experience with PMP certification.

- Experience using MS Project to ensure the project meets schedule expectations.

- Well-developed contract management and change order skills.

- Sound technical aptitude and proven ability to grasp general knowledge of multiple disciplines and technologies with superior computer usage skills.

- Ability to read and interpret contracts, specifications, and drawings.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills on a technical level with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Strong knowledge of project accounting concepts, including percentage of completion, earned value and accounting techniques.
