- Over all 8-12 years of total experience with hands on experience in Program Management, Application development

- 5+ Yrs. of Project and Program Management in Application development in Microsoft technologies.

- Define and initiate projects, and assign resources and manage the delivery, schedule, and Performance. Knowledge on various Microsoft technologies

- Strong customer focus with an Ability to carefully manage customer expectations, particularly when engaging with customer executives

- Strong knowledge of Planning, risk management, team management, budget forecasting and utilization.

- Good listening skills, and ability to adjust your communication style to your audience

- Excellent communication skills, including presentations and high-quality documentation
