Project Manager - Medical Devices

Role : Project Manager

Exp : 10-15 years

Location : Pune

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. 10+ years total experience with atleast 4 years in project manager role in Medical Device or IVD projects.

2. Should have sound knowledge of IVD products, technologies, and life cycle processes.

3. Proven track record in handling a team of more than 20 members and cross-functional collaboration.

IVD - PM

Job Responsibilities:

- Preparation of capability presentations, proposals, SOW and effort estimations.

- Work closely with pre-sales team to identify account stakeholders and support in reach out.

- Project management of ongoing internal and external projects within Pharmanovia

- Take responsibility for project management and tracking of key projects

- Work with Technical, Artwork, Regulatory, Quality and PV / Medical to ensure we apply an integrated approach to project planning across the team

- Ensure accurate reporting of project performance on a weekly basis to senior stakeholders and other members of the Pharmanovia team

- Develop and manage ongoing professional relationships with partner companies via defined communication channels on a global level

- Create and deliver project plans in alignment with the cross-functional Pharmanovia teams

- Organise and schedule meetings both internally and externally, preparing agendas and taking minutes; including set up of regular meetings for key project workstreams to facilitate knowledge exchange between team members and follow-up on actions

- Hold cross-functional team to account on actions on deliverables

- Provide a proactive approach to problem solving within the projects, assisting the company to deliver on key commercial goals

- Identify potential project problems, risks, mitigate contingencies and implement corrective actions

- Travel may be required with the role within and outside India, dependent on the project
