Project Manager - Marketing

Job Requirements:

1. Project Planning:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project deliverables and milestones.

2. Resource Management:

- Allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal utilization of team members.

- Coordinate with department heads to secure necessary resources for project execution.

3. Risk Management:

- Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation plans to minimize impact.

- Proactively manage issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

4. Budget Oversight:

- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.

- Provide regular financial updates to relevant stakeholders.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with IT teams, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

- Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to project sponsors.

6. Quality Assurance:

- Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.

- Conduct regular quality reviews and make necessary adjustments.

7. Project Execution:

- Lead the execution of IT projects according to the project plan.

- Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.

8. Stakeholder Communication:

- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to key stakeholders.

- Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and met throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 7-10 years of experience in project management within the IT sector.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies.

- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
