Project Manager - Marketing

We are hiring for the tech-focused marketing firm.

Experience : 6-10 years

Location : REMOTE / WFH

Budget : Upto 25 LPA

Working hours : 1:00 pm to 12:00 am (Flexible 8 hour)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and refine program strategies aligned with business goals for B2B clients.

- Lead internal cross-functional teams to create comprehensive B2B marketing program plans.

- Review timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for program success.

- Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs.

- Monitor campaign performance and analytics, identifying areas for optimization and making recommendations.

- Oversee regular updates to clients on program progress, milestones, and performance metrics.

- Lead the development of B2B marketing strategies and initiatives.

- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative approaches.

- Setup processes to ensure high-quality deliverables, aligning with brand guidelines and client expectations.

- Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of campaign assets.

- Generate comprehensive reports on program performance, analyzing key metrics and providing insights.

- Use data-driven insights to make informed recommendations for future program enhancements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field required

- 6-10 years of experience in B2B Program Management preferably with an Enterprise in a Marketing setup.

- Proven track record of delivering successful programs to clients

- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams

- Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute complex plans

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience in technology marketing, advertising, or public relations preferred

- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
