Project Manager - Manufacturing Plant/Boiler Project

Requirement for a Project Manager with relevant experience in setting up manufacturing plants, boiler projects.

1. Manager Project, Construction & Commissioning will have overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a project. Responsible for revenue, cost, and cash flow schedule & quality of Product.

2. Must have a combination of skills including an ability to guide, direct, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts, as well as more general management skills.

3. To execute all projects by analyzing the budget & timeline, overseeing various steps of the project and working together with the company leaders.

4. Work closely with many different departments in our organization to ensure that the project runs on schedule.

Responsibility:

1. Supervision of Planning, budgeting, and execution of project from Receipt of order up to Warrantee.

2. Responsible for overall execution of project including erection, commissioning & resolution of issues in a life cycle of project`

3. Responsible for revenue management of project business.

4. Responsible for cash flow management of project business.

5. Responsible for timely completion of project under execution.

6. Responsible for resolution of all the issues till end of warrantee & collecting back bank guarantee, reconciliation of accounts Etc.

7. Responsible for generation of project management MIS

8. Ensuring export project document and port clearance, local transportation and custom clearance trough commercial department.

9. Customer coordination

10. Mentoring and development and training of project construction & commissioning team.

11. Succession planning

12. Conduct a project closer meeting & share a lesson learned with a execution & marketing team for improvement of future orders quality & execution.

13. Marketing support and spares execution
