Synopsis:
- Lead the team through the project life cycle by planning, budgeting, scheduling and tracking a project plan in lines with sales requirement
- Prepare & monitor daily/ weekly reports from production, QC and warehouse
- Ensure material availability by coordinating with overseas & local vendors, product & SCM team to have efficient production run & minimum stoppages.
- Coordinate internal resources, and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure resource availability and allocation to optimize output
- Spearhead new product introduction to optimize cycle time and production cost
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Candidate Profile:
- Relevant educational background, preferably in the fields Electronics, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the manufacturing
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
