- Own loyalty Back-end- Project management, Requirement gathering and development as per roadmap and company Goal.

- Ability to execute advanced analytical tasks customer segmentation.

- Define and maintain customer data, segment profiles across the business along with persona-specific needs and considerations per segment

Loyalty Engine Management:

- CRM

- Set-up & Integrations

- Portal Backend Management

- Mobile App Management

- Data Management

- Customer Analytics

- Customer Segmentation

- Dashboards , Reports & trends

- Health Check, data integrity

- Competition Analysis

Required Skills:

- MBA

- 3-5 year experience on CRM, Data analytics, reports

- Worked on CRM or preferably loyalty platform

- Has an analytical Mind-set and be able to by making use of data for predictive analysis and forecasting

- Is familiar with Backend systems eCommerce / loyalty / CRM systems
