- 3-5 year experience on CRM, Data analytics, reports
- Worked on CRM or preferably loyalty platform
- Has an analytical Mind-set and be able to by making use of data for predictive analysis and forecasting
- Is familiar with Backend systems eCommerce / loyalty / CRM systems
