Job Description : Organization: Insurance Company Function: Human Resources Job location: Gurgaon Position: Project Manager Learning &amp; Development (L&amp;D) Human Resources Responsibilities : MUST :&nbsp; - Creating customized training content closely working with the Product Team to provide training - Providing inputs / best practices/case studies/examples for content creation - Strong training capabilities - Help employees make best use of learning opportunities thus creating a Learning Culture in sync with the value - Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires. - Experienced in Content preparation through softwares like Go Animate, Movie Maker, Canva, PDF etc. - Conduct effective training programs on product and process knowledge sessions - Doing TTTs on Product Launch &amp; Skills based sessions for Trainers. - Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops. - Monitoring the overall functioning of training interventions, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize productivity level. - Strong Content writing skills and expert in implementing new techniques of learning &amp; development. - Manage the delivery of training and development programmes and, in a more senior role, devise a training strategy for the organisation - Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers - Designing and implementing training need analysis in consultation with business. - Responsible to manage e-learning of employees. - Creation of Digital content for Bancassurance channel business partners
