Project Manager
Requirement :
- Graduate with 15 years of experience including a minimum of 5 years of experience in Change Management / Project Management
- Prince2 Certified
Job responsibilities :
- Lead and implement change initiatives related to business process and technologies
- Lead / facilitate meetings with stakeholders (Internal / External) to jointly develop a change adoption plan
- Drive adoption of change within the division / organization working collaboratively with our Onshore team where required
- Develop project strategies and plans including stakeholder assessment, communication, leadership alignment, change readiness, and end user training
- Oversee execution in accordance with project plans, tools, methods and support resource planning
- Evaluate the change impact and division / organization readiness to limit potential risk
- Support training and communication as part of change management
- Evaluating resistance in adopting change at different levels i.e. user, process and technology
- Conduct post implementation reviews to assess the performance related to the change
