Position: Project Manager

Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai.

Experience: 5 to 10 years

CTC: 15L to 25L PA

Role in the current company: Project lead/Manager

Job Profile

Mandatory:

- Manage BA work streams and be a conduit between the development, business and data teams

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design and deliver new features

- Collect, understand and transmit business requirements and translate these into functional/Technical specifications

- Hands on database design along with proficient SQL knowledge.

- Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes

- Analyze and document business processes

- Take ownership of final deliverables

- Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from key stakeholders on the specifications

- Provide day-to-day management of change requests in relation to project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met

- Produce weekly reports for the project manager showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies

- Provide clear guidance in response to the team's questions during implementation phases

- Assists in facilitating User Acceptance Testing or derive test strategy in creating and reviewing test cases

Good to have :

- Ecommerce Industry Knowledge

- Knowledge of any BI tool

- Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/ME/Mtech/MCA( Only Computers background)

- Work status would be - work from office on all working days

- Outstation candidate to relocate within the vicinity of office at their own expense

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: - 2,000,000.00 - 2,200,000.00 per year
