IVD - PM

Mandatory skills : Project manager, IVD, medical devices, regulatory affairs.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Preparation of capability presentations, proposals, SOW and effort estimations.

2. Work closely with pre-sales team to identify account stakeholders and support in reach out.

3. Overall project execution - resourcing (onsite and offshore), planning, task prioritization and allocation, delivery schedule planning and tracking, defining metrices and tracking, training, team rewards & recognition etc.

4. Facilitate periodic meeting cadence with client - weekly status update, monthly project reviews etc. as agreed in SOW.

5. Facilitate monthly project reviews with TEL Management

6. Track performance of the project and resources.

7. Involving in technical and operational discussions with client on need basis.

8. Work closely with client on requirements and feedback.

9. Support internal QA audits and account reviews.

10. Periodically review challenges and risks within the project and act in a proactive manner.

11. Resolve escalations (internal and client)

12. Monthly billing and resource allocations.

13. Represent the project during various audits and competitions.

14. Work closely with other PMs, HR and Learning and Development team to continuously upgrade the skills and competencies of the team and effective knowledge sharing.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. 10+ years total experience with atleast 4 years in project manager role in Medical Device or IVD projects.

2. Should have sound knowledge of IVD products, technologies, and life cycle processes.

3. Should have excellent interpersonal and people management skills.

4. Should have excellent presentation and communication skills.

5. Should be agile, flexible and able to work under pressure.

6. Proven track record in handling a team of more than 20 members and cross-functional collaboration.
