Macro responsibilities : - You will be responsible for leading project teams in delivering solutions to internal and external customers. - You will own performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. - You will also be responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, vendors and internal departments. Key roles that you will play : - We are expecting you to maintain effective communication across all project's stakeholders, and to provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer and program leadership. - Create and properly execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing conditions, needs and requirements - Manage at all time and day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope - Prepare quality deliverables on time and on budget and review deliverables inputs prepared by team before passing to client - Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately - Hold regular status meetings with end-customer, project team and sub-contractors - Identify resources needed and require Client management to assign necessary resources and individual responsibilities - Effectively apply our methodology and enforce project standards - Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures - Minimize Client's exposure and risk on project - Facilitate team, sub-contractors and client meetings effectively - Keep project team well informed of changes - Effectively communicate relevant project information to Client management - Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion - Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully - Understand and manage client expectations - Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships Required skillset : - Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Assist in achieving business objectives by providing information that will lead to appropriate approval of new requests, planning and resource utilization. - Strong leadership with proven ability to motivate teams to achieve defined deliverables and work effectively with clients - Ability to maintain proactive, regular and strategic relationships with key suppliers and strategic partners - Ability to deliver presentations and demonstrations to clients when required Required technical and professional expertise : - Degree in Computer Science, Business or Project Management - 3 - 5 years of experience in IT project management, Broadcast experience will be added benefit. - Valid PMP Certification or equivalent is preferred
