Job Description : Manage IT budget process, project forecasting, monthly performance reviews etc. Manage relationship with Internal and External Service providers, managing IT contracts execution, PMO compliance checks, vendor invoicing and others.

Our client is a leading organization in the Oil & Gas industry with their operations in multiple countries across the globe. With multiple regional hubs and an offshore delivery center, they are expanding operations at a very fast pace.

Description :

- Manage the Portfolio Management process.

- Drive monthly performance meeting for Regional projects.

- PM on boarding & Training.

- Financial management - Maintain and analyse Project finances, Budgets & Forecasts.

- Finance reconciliation, AP matters and Accruals.

- Maximize use of automation and tools.

- Bring Continuous improvement in all the recurrent tasks.

- Resolve IT Finance related issues for vendor or PM.

- Vendor management - Maintain contracts, SOW, MSA etc.

- Demand Management.

Profile :

- Preferred Qualification - Bachelors / Masters in IT.

- Total 8-10 years with maximum experience in PM / PMO role & some global exposure.

- Analytical skills, with a keen eye for details and understanding of PMO & Financial accounting processes.

- Good Knowledge of working with spread sheets, word and PPT with hands on experience.

- Understanding of contracts, SOW, MSA etc. typically for IT companies.

- Experience in Vendor and Resource management and processes.
