- Knowledge of Operating Systems, Application Servers, Databases and Programming

- Skills to understand and prepare Business Requirement Document

- Test case preparation based on functional specifications

- Documentation skills

- Query writing skills to seek information from Oracle and/or SQL databases

- Troubleshooting skills

- Co-ordination with vendors and users

- Openness to work in shifts and holidays, if required

- Aspiration to move to higher levels.
