TECHNICAL SKILLS

- 8+ years of experience in Java / J2EE, Extensive technical experience in Java.

- Very strong in all enterprise Java frameworks Java, J2EE, Spring,Springboot, Hibernate, Web Services, Restful APIs, SOA Architecture, JIRA, Git, Java Script frameworks like Angular and JQuery, My SQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server etc

- Experience in Pre-Sales - defining end to end solution architecture covering technical, deployment architectures and non-functional & performance aspects

- Very strong experience in managing enterprise applications in Java with multiple medium to large teams

- Excellent in design patterns, data structures & algorithms, OOAD

- Experience in driving, mentoring and guiding team on latest technologies relevant to Java stack, REST, JavaScript based UI frameworks is an added advantage.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Experience working in Agile scrum model

- Expert in the technical skills for ensuring the checking of the codes as per the requirement

- Experience in using Jira and other project management tools

- Experience of dealing with Management to take the inputs about development and convey it to the team for further development

- A Go getter personality for ensuring the timelines of development target to be achieved

- Good to have project management certification

- Experience in HRMS/Finance domain

- Should act as a link between the development team and functional support team of Payroll and other HRMS functions

- To deal with the Payroll Operations and Sales team for ensuring pre sales pieces of the developed software for growth aspects

- Should be responsible for leading a project team independently.

- Should be able to handle large team.(50+)

- Should display strong team management skills to achieve the development work smoothly

- Good project management and people management skills.

- Good communication skills to ensure smooth flow of assigning tasks to the team
