Key Responsibilities :

- Maintain Project Management Processes: He/she shall maintain all established project management processes within the organization.

- Meet Project Schedules: Shall strictly adhere to project timelines and keep the Management and Client informed of any changes in a systematic manner.

- Communication Management: The incumbent shall be the link between the Organization and the Client.

- He/she shall manage all communication promptly and professionally. Shall aim at client delight.

- Maintains Best Practices: Ensures high quality, adherence to standards and best practices, high performance, and scalable, repeatable processes and deliverables.

- Project Planning and Status Updates- Understand and finalize project requirements in collaboration with client and project teams. Define project scope, strategy, and work with leads for developing project plan.

- Organize and lead project status; prepare and distribute progress reports.

- Manage risks and issues and plan to mitigate the same. Participates in project estimation, gives milestones, costs involved, and manpower required.

- Reporting: Prepares reports for client in conjunction with the Business Analysts.

- Project planning, execution, delivery Management of large digital transformation programs

- Coach and mentor, the team

- People Management

- Sales/Presales devised strategies to mine the existing accounts and onboarding of new clients 5

- Experience in eCommerce technologies and domain is a big plus.

- Experience in managing web applications and mobile application projects.

- Delivering projects using Agile/waterfall methodologies.

- Ability to conduct code reviews and ensure quality compliance

- Digital Experience in execution of large-scale digital engagements

- Facilitating all scrum events/ceremonies and exposure to different metrics.

- Change Management identifying project scope or timeline changes and ensuring all changes are logged, change management process tracked as part of project delivery.

Minimum Requirements :

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent having 5 years' IT experience with minimum 4+ years of experience in project management.

- Solid understanding of and experience in using appropriate tools:

a. Project planning tools like Microsoft Project, Smartsheet etc.

b. JIRA

c. Confluence

d. MS-Office

- Strong planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.

- Strong leadership skills.

- Good understanding of the Scrum process.

- Should have experience in Sprint planning and execution.

- Proven ability to lead software implementation projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met.

- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level.

Educational Competency :

- B Tech/B.SC (IT/ CS) or BCA/BBA with MBA preferred.
