Hiring for Project Manager for Bangalore location
 
Role Responsibility:

Mandatory Skills:

- PMP certified (Later we relaxed this requirement.)

- Working with sales to allocate and de-allocate appropriate resources to projects based on sales pipeline

- People skills to keep team morale high

Experience : 

- 4 - 5 years of project management experience

- Running multiple parallel, small-sized projects

- Must have strong exp in workforce management, resource utilization, resource deployment and bench management

Job objectives : 

- Plan optimal resourcing for projects.

- Efficient project management with focus on balancing project profitability, customer delight, process adherence and employee morale

- Assist Project Management Office (PMO) in compiling regular updates for senior management

- Managing the Competency Gap between market and bench by working with recruitment and training teams.

Other notes: 

- Flexi timings with overseas customers may be required from time to time

- Largely office based work. Working from home is not encouraged for this position.
