Client : World's largest and most experienced Outsourcing and Technology Service Specialist

Education : Graduate or globally recognized equivalent degree with Project Management Professional Certification or globally recognized equivalent degree.

Preferably post graduate or MBA

Experience : 5 - 10 years Management experience in IT or related industry ; at least one full life cycle implementation or Project delivery experience with execution of being at least 6 months duration

Good communication skills - written and verbal

In-depth knowledge and understanding of systems and processes-

Areas of Responsibility :

- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents while ensuring new project proposals / tenders are accompanied with appropriate process notes and system flow chart.

- Recruit and train new hires. Manage, monitor and motivate the cross functional team assigned to the project.

- Ensure all costs are within budget & all additional costs are approved by approving authorities

- Manage project productivity with respect to cost and time line overruns. Bring in innovative ideas or methods ensuring reduction in project timelines.

- Coordinating with various departments i.e. IT, Admin, HR, Security and external vendors, for gathering inputs specific to regions and incorporating the same within the requirements of every new project acquired.
