Project Manager - IT

Qualifications / Specializations / Certifications:

- Bachelor's Degree - B. Tech (Must)

- MBA Operations / IT / Strategy having experience as Project Management (Preferred)

- Certifications for Business Analyst / Project Management (Preferred)

Experience:

- Min. 2 years of experience in Project Management in IT companies for Enterprise Clientele.

- Experience in IT delivery life-cycle planning and management methodologies and tools.

- Experience being a part of Team for Implementation of any software or ERP systems.

- Hands on experience in drafting BRD, SRS, Test Cases, Process Flows.

- Prior experience on some of the relevant tools like Confluence, ASANA, JIRA, Zoho

Key Responsibilities :

- Understanding and Documenting Business, Products and Functional Process/Flows.

- Client-Side Stakeholder Management and overall responsibility for the robustm delivery of Product.

- Articulate Customer Problems, create Detailed Scope Documents, groom it with Tech Team.

- Coordination with internal technical teams for developments, Integration and Change Requests.

- Delivery and User Acceptance Ownership of Product Upgrades / Enhancements /Changes/New Releases.

- Impact analysis of product improvements and transform it into clearly defined product requirements.

- Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize value addition to the Customer as well internal to the Organisation.

- Support the development of strong client relationships by building trust, rapport and strong, working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.

- Maintain audit trail for all upgrades/changes including Business Approvals, Documents, Timelines using Project Management Tool.
