Qualification, Experience & Skills :

Exp : 8 - 12 years Project Management of medium to high level complexity projects. Adhere to project governance standards and delivered within stated time, cost and risk framework

- Business Analysis of medium to high level complexity projects

- PMO for large and complex programme

- Ensure stakeholder engagement and understand their needs

- Elicit requirements using various analysis techniques - Research, analyze and draw conclusions

- Formally kick-off project with a charter/PIDs & ensure ongoing communication

- Manage & coordinate all activities of the project team and assign skilled & committed resources to the project

- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

- Constantly identify, review and address risks & issues

- Manage user acceptance testing and obtain UAT sign-off.

Stakeholder Engagement : Ensure timely programme reviews with stakeholders Build good relationships with stakeholders & conduct stakeholder surveys to obtain feedback. Review feedback and design plan of action

- Gathering and analysis business requirements for the specific business objective

- Preparing project documentation such as Project Charter, Project Initiation Document, Business Requirement Document, Test Cases, Project Closure Document
