Job role & responsibilities:

- Oversee the construction project from start to finish. Adept at handling both Interiors and Construction

- Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting and identification of resource requirements. Project Feasibility, Technical reviews and onsite appraisals.

- Steering the project by charting out project objectives, setting performance requirements and selecting project team participants. Closure of project by ease of navigating and coordinating with the various professionals like Architect, Contractors, Service consultants etc.

- Achieving optimum utilization of resources including procurement of labour, construction materials and equipment at cost-effective terms.

- Communicating effectively with various contractors responsible for completing each phase of the job.

- Monitor the progress of construction activities on a regular basis and lead status meetings.

- Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.

- Maintain effective communications strategies among project team and stakeholders.

- Identify elements of the project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.

- Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk.

- Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the site superintendent, architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and construction workers.

- Ensure project documents are complete.

- Maintain a flexible work schedule and may be expected to work outside normal hours. Knowledge of Development Control Regulations around MMR Region

- Adept at handling AutoCAD and drafting a basic level concept/visual plan.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- The and interior and construction Project Manager should be used to managing very high-end retail, commercial fit out projects of varying project duration.

- The Project Manager will have thorough knowledge of overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

- Experience of all aspects of construction project management are essential, including Project Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration and Safety Management.
