Job Description :

1. Segment wise achievement of business plan

2. New Client Acquisition, Key Account Development and Management, Influencer Management

3. To work with cross functional teams of costing and design for profitable business

4. Influencer management - relation developments with Architects, PMC, Other consultants.

5. Pre tender working on Tenders from early stage for competitive advantage

6. Achieving and improving customer satisfaction levels on an ongoing basis

7. Ensuring conversion of enquiries to orders to meet business objectives as per ABP

8. Competition Analysis

9. Collecting market information, information on competitor activities

10. MIS & Feedback

REQUISITE QUALIFICATION :

Essential : Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Architecture

Preferred : Post Graduate Qualification in management, construction management, engineering etc.
