Project Manager - Integrated Security Solutions Projects

- Perform all Project management processes for Integrated Security Solutions Projects in the Security Space i.e., initiating, planning, executing and monitoring groups.Develop and manage detailed Project management plans that define key activities, deliverable, timelines, and resource requirements to achieve Project objectives.

- Drive the projects to adhere to project schedules, estimates and budgets that are complete, realistic, and meets Project goals.

- Prioritize projects and work based on risk, budgets and organizational strategic plans.Manage in-house staff, contracting staff, project teams and any combination of work to facilitate the delivery of complex Security projects and Projects.

- Provide Project management coordination and control, consistent with project & operational needs. Conducts risk analysis,develop and manage mitigation strategies.

- Ensure clear and concise requirement definitions are incorporated into project design and execution.Oversee change requests from original design specifications.

- Make decisions at both the operational and strategic levels.Develop statements of work, evaluate proposals and conduct vendor selections.

- Assess variables including but not limited to costs; benefits; Project or service availability and capacity; current and future organizational structure; policies, procedures; and alternative sources of supply; market trends; risks; skills and expertise; quality, reliability and flexibility; innovations; and control considerations.

- Monitor Project results against technical specifications and performance measures and adjust accordingly

Team Management :

- Assign work and manage Project and cross-functional teams comprising full time employees and/or contractors.Conduct on-going Project status meetings with team members.

- Develop and cultivate relationships with cross-functional Project team members and work closely with business and operations partners to ensure acceptance, quality, and integrity of Project goals and initiatives.
