Project Manager - Insurance Firm

- Develop the projects as the clients' requirements, evaluate best tools and use those tools to achieve success and promote the appropriate behaviour

- Leading Agile initiatives

- Motivating the teams to achieve the project and business objectives

- Managing various clients/stakeholders and their expectations and relationship with them through effective communication.

- Communicate and collaborate through the project life cycle, support the development and delivery of project related communication across desired audiences.

Profile

- 10-15 years of related Project / Program management experience within a Insurance / Financial Services MNC

- PMP /Prince2

- Agile Certification or Certified Scrum Master

- Six Sigma Certification: Green Belt OR Black Belt would be preferred

- Hands on experience of large scale projects across IT & non IT processes

- Strong knowledge of project management tool: Clarity PPM, Business Case Development, Sourcing, DMAIC/LSS, SDLC, Contract Negotiation

- Strong multi-tasking and decision making skills

- Experience in working with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
