Project Manager - Insurance Domain (10-17 yrs)

Mandatory Ask :- 10-17 years of experience with at least 3 years' experience in transition management preferably in Insurance Domain.

1. It'll be an operational PM role which will entail 'operationally' manage projects and take those to completion

2. Candidate for this role will need to acquire depth domain knowledge in order to successfully deliver outcomes as some of these projects will be domain intensive hence Insurance domain understanding is must to ensure quick HOTO (Hand Over Take Over)

3. Exposure to financial management (P&L, Budgeting, Pricing etc) will be a requisite

4. This role will be dedicated night shift so anything other than 6PM to 3AM

Primary Responsibilities:-

- Coordinating and managing all transitions within the GB portfolio

- Analysing any change requests to existing services and consulting with management to deny or approve the proposed changes

- Creating transitional plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements

- Monitoring the progress of transitions to ensure that they are planned and carried out in a timely manner and within budget

- Keeping all parties involved with the transition updated on its progress

- Arranging sessions for knowledge transfer to provide staff members with information on the impending changes

- Spotting any transition-related issues and creating effective solutions to resolve them swiftly

- Ability to influence stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of the transition outcomes

- Creating detailed documentation of process documents like SOPs, Process Flows, FMEAs, SOWs, etc. and keeping them current with any changes

- Create dashboards and track performance against SLAs and businesses metrics for all processes and report it per agreed cadence
