Project Manager - Instructional Design

Job Role :

- Manage the design and develop of digital content products to support the organization's contemporary solutions.

- Script/Review high-impact, intelligent content.

- Liaise with the organization's consultants to understand requirements, recommend solutions, and communicate solution design.

- Work with internal production, technical development, and QA teams to develop content solutions.

- Manage design and development projects with multiple vendors

- Monitor and track project progress

Required Skills :

- Minimum total experience of 7 years in projects related to technology enabled content for e-learning or training industry with 2-3 years in a managerial role.

- Familiarity, comfort with financial/business subjects.

- Experience in scripting/reviewing for various formats; audio, video, animations etc.

- High level of expertise in using Excel, PowerPoint, and other authoring tools.

- Ability to visualize business aspects of solutions.

- Experience in designing content for mobile devices and touch interfaces.

- Demonstrable innovation in management of content solutions and design.

- Effective speaking, writing, presentation, and judgment skills to work with people on an individual or group basis, at all levels within the team and external to the team, in person, on the phone, or via email.

- Proven skill in project management activities, and reliability in meeting deadlines with a high level of attention to detail and quality of product.
