- Planning, coordination, and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects on a day-to-day basis.

- Solving technical issues, providing advice, management, and preparing reports on a daily basis and sent to HO showing overall progress wrt bar chart.

- Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals, such as surveyors, engineers, and architects for any kind of requirement is essential for the progress of work.

- Undertake technical and feasibility studies including site investigations. Supervising contracted staff and meeting with sub-contractors on a daily basis.

- Highlighting the required manpower depends upon the scope and volume of work.

- Reporting progress to GM and board members via phone calls, written reports, and presentations.

- Problem-solving comes on-site with personal involvement on a day-to-day basis.

- Checking and preparing site reports, drawings, and designs once it's come to you before starting the work.

- Pre-planning, budgeting, resource allocation, contract negotiation, and worker coordination. Civil project managers might supervise construction site personnel and subcontractors, attend weekly project progress meetings and monitor compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.

- Making safety inspections and ensuring site procedures uphold construction and site regulations. Compile job specifications and supervise tendering procedures. Overlook the site discipline. Team management and motivation to team members. Site Security system to supervise. Site Quality to overlook. All site manpower safety implementation.
