Job Responsibilities: - Must have worked for Luxury Hotels (Construction/ Interiors) in India. - Overall responsibility for construction / project management and construction administration activities from beginning to end (pre construction, construction, project turn over & close out). - Responsibilities may include initial project planning, scope development, design documentation review, costing support, scheduling, assessment of operational needs, establishing pre-construction processes, managing construction buyouts, supervising construction execution by third-party contractors, and project closeout. - Prepare RFP (Request for Proposal) documents, for various types of services needed which arise over the course of the project; scope development, budget and timeline estimates, contractor qualification, and competitive bid solicitation. - Manages and supervises all phases of assigned projects - Thorough understanding and reading ability of plans including mechanical/electrical/plumbing, structural, civil, architectural, and interior design - Estimate and negotiate all change orders and maintain change order logs - Manage project budget and approves all expenses - Interface with the owner on all projects assigned - Assemble and maintain complete project records and close-out documents - Perform project punch-list inspection - Establish design criteria, review design documents and construction phase review - Establish and monitor project schedules and budgets - Manage in-house and consulting design teams, contractor selection and management Candidate Criteria : 1. Project management (construction/interiors) experience in hospitality luxury hotels 2. Experience required in hospitality - Luxury Hotels construction and interiors 3. Minimum 10+ years experience in relevant field as aforesaid 4. Base location of job will be JAIPUR, but selected candidate will be mostly working from project sites in Rajasthan, Uttarakhand etc where new projects come up for Luxury Hotels 5. Must have some knowledge about sandstone/limestone based construction OR should have worked in Luxury Hotels or Resort properties for INTERIORS 6. Should be willing to shift to Jaipur if not from Jaipur, or should be comfortable working at Jaipur and Rajasthan 7. Age limit is 45 years
